MY REEF SUMP DIY FOR SALT WATER / SALTWATER FISH TANKS NO GLUE OR DRILLING!

Built my own sump. All i used was a standard glass tank, went to home depot and bought some acrylic sheet, bought a knife to cut the acrylic nice and straight, and picked up some EDPM weather striping. The EDPM weather striping is what holds the baffles in place. When you are cutting and measuring be sure to measure the INSIDE of the glass so that the acrylic fits almost snug. Then apply to the weather stripping where it’s needed (such as bottom and sides, or just the sides)It REALLY helps when applying the acrylic to the glass if you get the EDPM weather stripping wet, it’ll slide right into place and have a nice strong hold. I have had NO problems with this and it’s been setup for months. The nice thing about it is you can remove the baffles and add more if needed without having to destroy your sump. If you have anymore questions about it please feel free to ask! Thanks for looking.
