well first off. 5 years is NOT enough time to see normal or longer than normal longevity for ANY of those fish, unless they JUST started dying.
and depending on what you mean by chinese loach, they can live over 15 years.

you're getting looks cause somehow you've managed to keep all these fish alive supposedly without checking quality or doing water changes, i imagine.

that's INSANELY lucky!

as for the fry your LFS may take them, but don't expect much if any money for them. mollies are commonly offered to them from people at home, and it's not like they are expensive.
you don't need authorization, just a willing buyer/taker.
References :
Ask your local petstore/s if they will sell them. Give them a couple of your home-bred fish for free. then they will decide the quality of the fish and you can ask money for them. You just have to sell them for less then their suppliers or see a friendly petshop that's willing to lend a hand.
References :
I'm amazed all of that lives in a 10 gallon without incident. You are hugely overstocked so you must be doing a lot of maintenance.

To become a breeder you need to be able to produce a lot of quality fish at a really cheap price on demand. I don't think there are authorized dealers. Your best bet is to find a couple of mom & pop type stores that will take what you have when it is available. Most won't pay cash but will give you credit for their store.
