Give them a couple of your home-bred fish for free. then they will decide the quality of the fish and you can ask money for them. You are hugely overstocked so you must be doing a lot of maintenance. To become a breeder you need to be able to produce a lot of quality fish at a really cheap price on demand. I don't think there are authorized dealers. Your best bet is to find a couple of mom & pop type stores that will take what you have when it is available.
