New Fish in a New Salt Water tank?

I have set up a salt water fish tank and it has been running for a month now without any fish. I am planning on getting a dwarf lion fish, a snowflake eel, a fiji puffer, and an Eibli Angel. Is there a specific order I should put them in and is there a special way to put salt water fish in the tank?

P.S I have already checked if these fish are compatible and if my tank size is sufficient for these fish to all live in.
yes my tank is 100 gallons

Yes put the least aggressive in first. So angel lion fish puffer eel
Your tank may be big enough for the largest of these but are you sure its large enough for all ???
I would not put all those fish in anything smaller than a 75 gal tank. The eel, lion fish and puffer will require a lot of food which means lots of poop and lots of polluted water.

I need a list of exactly what i would need to start a salt water fish tank with prices too can anyone help?
