Salt Water Aquarium Tips and Tutorials

What is the typical EC/CF/PPM reading in a reef aquarium?

I just got a meter to help me monitor the PH and temperature of my salt water aquarium, and it also has the EC/CF/PPM meter. I know what the abbreviations stand for, but I am not sure what the typical reading of a healthy salt water aquarium is. Any suggestions?

A saltwater tank should be at in the PH around 8.1-8.4 with a temperature from 78-80. But of course you could always find more information online or on a forum.
